Aside from the MultiTransmit tech which can automatically optimize the power, amplitude, phase and waveform to provide uniform RF, the Achieva 3.0T TX also takes advantage of the benefits provided by Philips time-tested 3.0T technologies, such as the Quasar and Quasar Dual gradient systems. The Quasar and Quasar Dual gradient systems are configured to provide unparalleled performance with unmatched linearity by providing amplitudes up to 80 mT/m.
The Achieva 3.0T TX can also be provided with the FreeWave and the SmartExam systems. The FreeWave is configured as a premium modular 32-channel digital data acquisition system utilized for SENSE parallel imaging and MultiTransmit parallel transmision. Meanwhile, SmartExam is designed for complete automation on planning, scanning, and processing of a predetermined number of core applications. The SmartExam allows the clinician to prompt the MRI scanner to perform the applications while providing consistency and reproducibility.
