Patient Positioning

Patient Positioning

Patient Positioning Equipment is used to move the patients body into the desired position for surgical procedures. This equipment is usually designed to work with industry standard surgical table rails, though many devices feature more unique components. Stirrups are used to hold the patients leg in place, and may feature lift assist features to ease use. Beach chairs allow the surgeon to access the back of the patients shoulder while they are in a sitting position on the table.
