Drager Fabius Tiro is a compact and flexible anesthesia machine that has an open architecture, allowing the device to be space-optimizing and completely customizable and upgradeable to fit the different and changing patient needs. It's suited for patients of varying levels of acuity even in confined spaces such induction rooms, emergency rooms, wards, or small procedure rooms. It's also easy to use thanks to its intuitive and standardized interface and quick-start option that allows mechanical ventilation even during power interruptions. With its flexible mounting options, it's easily adjustable to the convenience of the user and patient. It has an E-Vent ventilator that is electronically driven and controlled. Its piston ventilation makes it perfect for pediatric patients. It feature the external compact breathing for low-flow anesthesia that's easy to set up and disassemble, and the entire anesthesia workstation has little removeable parts which makes it easy to sterilize. Optional additional features such as hemodynamic or gas monitoring, ventilation pressure control, spirometry are available to expand the machine's functionality. It has a comprehensive information system featuring high visibility screen, gas displays, and additional mechanical gas flow tube and easy data transmission to external monitors or Patient Data Management Systems. For safety enhancements, it has the following options: fresh gas decoupling, dynamic compliance and backup ventilation for Pressure Support modes.
