The Steris System 1E Scope Washer is a practical low temperature solution for sanitizing heat-sensitive endoscopes. In general, it is built to deliver safe and effective sterilization of cleaned, immersible, and reusable critical and semi-critical medical devices and accessories. It uses the S40 Sterilant Concentrate which eliminates all microbial life including microscopic endospores. The sterilant is neutral pH, and it goes safely down the drain. In addition, the System 1E follows three simple steps and runs in a 23-minute cycle. This increases productivity and decreases down time between patients. Also, its compact footprint makes it adaptable to a variety of locations and reprocess heat sensitive medical equipment with high efficiency and reliability.
