The Newport E360 Ventilator is compact mechanical ventilator system configured to be used for long-term or critical care in a home care environment, hospitals, and rooms. Featuring a variety of modes, improved graphics, intuitive interface, and enhanced monitoring system, the E360 is perfectly capable of providing ventilation support to infant, pediatric, and adult patients.
Equipped with an intuitive user-interface and advanced features in the touchscreen graphics display, the E360 Ventilator allows for direct access to commonly used controls and enables easy navigation with respect to the graphics display screen. It offers invasive and non-invasive ventilation (NIV) modes and equipped with an automatic leak compensation system with trigger interactivity that is sensitive to patient effort. The versatility of the user interface and the NIV can simplify training and reduce the training cost.
The E360 ensures the safety of the patients by providing an array of safety features including comprehensive alarms with priority tones, and an occlusion detection with secondary pressure relief. It is provided with an internal backup battery for cases when there is a sudden loss of AC power. It is also provided with a monitoring system that, in response to the monitored data, can deliver breaths that can compensate for a variety of parameters including altitude, temperature, humidity, and tubing resistance.
The Newport ventilator is provided with an Auto Synch package designed to enhance synchrony. It enhances patient outcomes and patient/ventilator interaction. It is also provided with easy-to-use weaning tools adapted to determine the weaning readiness. This tool allows the medical personnel or the health care provider to make an informed decision with respect to determining the earliest time that the patient can resume spontaneous breathing.
