The Olympus BF-160 is a video bronchoscope used for bronchoscopy applications in hospitals and clinics. The BF-160 features a Narrow Band Imaging system, a Scope ID function, and an ergonomically designed grip which can improve the visualization of mucosal morphology and enhance the scope maneuverability and handling. The BF-160 has a diameter of 5.3 millimeters and an instrument channel measuring 2.0 millimeters. The diameter and the instrument channel sizes of the BF-160 make it one of the thinnest video bronchoscopes on the market. The BF-160 features a Scope ID function which is configured to store the individual scope information, such as the number of procedures performed. The BF-160 is equipped with the Narrow Band Imaging system which can be used with the Evis Exera II 180 processor and light source to enhance the visualization of mucosal morphology. The Olympus BF-160 is compatible with the Olympus CV-180, Olympus CV-160, Olympus CV-140, and Olympus CV-100 video processors.
